Obafemi Bandele Lasode was born in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State, to parents from Abeokuta in the southwest Nigerian state of Ogun.
While attending St. Gregory’s College in Obalende, Lagos State, he earned his West African Senior School Certificate.
Obafemi Lasode earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Kogod School of Business in Washington, D.C.
He continued his education at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, where he earned a Master of Science in Communication Art.
